Hello All - I'd like to start by saying I did search this topic several times before posting. I found some threads but most of the links in those threads no longer worked.

I understand the 2005 LR3 has an issue with AUX volume (too low). Is there a product I can purchase that will address this issue? I found a few links in older threads but those products are no longer listed on the mentioned websites...

Thanks.

I got a PAC Turbo 1 Line Driver from a local audio store, it seems to do the trick. It wasn't too expensive, $40 Canadian.

I don't see it listed on the PAC website, just the Turbo X, which is a non-adjustable Line Driver with Bass Boost. http://www.pac-audio.com/productDetails.aspx?ProductId=840&CategoryID=28

Easy enough to hook up, 12V in, and RCA's for audio in and out.

It's sitting on the rear floor now, but will try and integrate it internally somehow once I figure out how I'm going to connect it to the iPod. I want to find a iPod cable that is intelligent enough to pause the iPod when power is shut off, and will give me line-out and charging ability.

I was the one who bought the audiocontrol overdrive from morris. If you want a clean install and have some time on your hands...spend the time hiding wires and putting things behind panels. Never tried the others but my setup works well with all my components.

Well the signal amp I installed was #2 on the other forum write up. I put that inside of my center console under the shifter. Here's the link: http://www.davidnavone.com/cart.asp?14&pid=143

But the Beklin thing you can get here: http://www.google.com/products/cata...og_result&ct=result&resnum=5&ved=0CDsQ8wIwBA#

Last time this came up didn't everyone determine that the Belkin really isn't an Amp? It just has a volume knob on it so you can decrease the volume, but it doesn't have amplification circuitry. ?

Alright, that could be true. I do think the sound was louder than without, but I may be wrong.

My car has the amp built in, so I can't answer. Either way, you've got to install some sort of amp.
