2008 RR SC HSE, Navigation in motion override?

HI,
Just purchased my first RR and hate that you cant do the NAV while in motion. Is there a fix for this? My Escalade did the same thing until I purchased an overide module for it.

No new tricks have been discovered, I'm afraid. There used to be a way to enter a bypass code on MY05 and 06s (equipped with DVD based Denso touchscreen navigation) to temporarily enable navigation on the move, but Land Rover quickly removed that back door starting with MY07 and later in North America.
