Hello all,
been quiet the last few months, mainly due to me being in Iraq. Stumbled on this during my daily gadget news reading. My 06 Navi is looking pretty old school compared to this new RR nav system. Hopefully they make it a standard in the coming years. Im a gadget addict and cant wait to finger it up for myself.

That's going to be an option on the just-announced 2010 Range Rover... abroad. The dual view touchscreen monitor technology (I played with a prototype a few years back at a LR event, it was indeed pretty cool) still hasn't received approval by US DOT, so no go for us in North America - yet.

PS: And that's no 12" screen, by the way. It's 7" maximum.

With our steering wheels on the opposite side, the driver will have to watch the DVD and the passenger will have to work the Nav and 4x4 screen unfortunately.

Nah, just reversed left to right (like a mirror) - most people won't even notice!
