basically im sick of hearing the the 245/75's scrub on my d1 when im turning and just dont want to hear it anymore. how do i adjust my steering to stop turning so much?

Adjust the bump stops till it stops rubbing.
Jack up the front of you Disco, Turn the wheel all the way one way or the other. If turning left, go to the right side and you should see a bolt (i.e. bump stop) that looks like it is stopping the wheel from going any further. Adjust this until you can free spin the wheel without rubbing. Then turn to the right and go to the left side and do the same.
