Hello, and thank you for reading. I have an easy question I am hoping to get help with. Where is the thermostat on a 94 disco 3.9 liter engine?

Follow the top radiator hose to the engine... you just found the T-Stat...

Hmmmmmmmmm when to change a thermostadt ? well When you feel it could be a problem, When you replace radiator hoses. When your vehicle hits around 60,000 miles or so, When the coolant got bad and dirty, You're overheating,etc etc etc.
Basically if it bothers you, and its been awhile, I'd change it.
