I have recently purchased a 97 discovery with just under 100k on it .
It seems to be in sound shape but dose have a few problems.
One being that when cold, the needle on the speedometer when i first start moving will go stright to 45 MPH or so and stay there no matter the speed unless stoped. After about 5-10 min of driving it usually will begin to function ok but the needle still bounces quite a bit, maybe about 5MPH or so.
I also have no cruise
All vacume lines seem to be in good shape and connected, checked the fuses but no cruise. Could the two problems be connected?
