I have a 200 Discovery with the ABS light on. I've checked all the wheel sensors and all the fuses. Also I have no power to the radio. Can anyone lead my in the right direction.

Find a local independant Landie mechanic!!

I take my D3 to the dealer.
I take my D1 somewhere else.

My D1 check engine light came on last Tuesday morning, no big deal as it had oil.

Saturday morning, I stop by my independant LR mechanic, he plugs in the Autologic, clears the purge valve fault, resets all the engine parameters while he's in there and Im good to go. Cost.. zero$.

Hi

The ABS light remainig on is usually traced back to the abs warning system contactor. This is a $25 dollar part. Every time you turn on your car the ABS system self tests via a contactor and the magnetic switch wears out.. In my 96 Disco it is mounted under the glove box amongst a bunch of relays. You will need the wiring diagram in the workshop manual to desiphere the wire colour and then you will know the ABS rely. Don't go to your mechanic and tell him your ABS doesn't work. He will take your house. Try and check the ABS contactor for operation first. $25 dollars.

Best regards

Being a D2, the first thing I would check would be Brake fluid level.

S II has a different ABS system than S I. Most S II ABS lights end up being hubs or modulator units. Both expensive LR parts.
