Air Suspension Fault

Bumping along and burning smell and gone when stopped and restarted. Dealers cannot find a problem but this bumping and burning smell has reoccured?

The air suspension light flashed for a while then the bumpy driving (nearly seasick) when i stopped there was an awful burning smell but when restarted bumping gone. Now a month later no flashing warning but bumpy and smelly again and when stopped and restarted all ok!
