2004 HSE. 114,000 miles. very clean and well maintained... around $12,000. question is, is it a wise purchase. i know all cars are different but are these higher mileage hse just a bad idea? who else is riding above say 125,000 just fine..? thank you

Here's my honest opinion. The 2003 and 2004 have the BMW motor which I hear are nothing but a headache. Very rarely you'll come across one that has little issues. But being BMW, they like everything electrical so sometimes it's a pain. I would recommend the late '06 models with the Jaguar motor in them. They are beautiful and may be more expensive, but it's not as expensive as maintaining a BMW V8.
