Check Engine Light - p2274 - O2 Sensor Stuck Lean

Hi

Once again thanks in advance for all the help and support.

2016 LR4 HSE, 41K miles.

Just had oil change at dealer < 10 days ago.....I purchased a plan for $300 in 2016 for unlimited yearly oil changes.

Check engine light came on.

Seems to be running OK.

My mother in law bought me a holiday gift one year - FIXD code reader.

Gave me the following codes:

p2274 - O2 Sensor stuck lean

p0170 - Fuel Trim

The 2274 code might be the O2 sensor - bank 1 sensor 3.

I have the Land rover VPP extended warranty - $100 deductible at my dealer or $250 at the indy shop.

What are my options? Can I still drive it for a couple days until I get it in the shop?
