Considering a 06 Range Rover HSE

I am considering buying an 06 Range Rover HSE and I have read alot of reviews about mechanical issues. I was wondering if the vehicle with 83,000 miles with remaining extended warranty is worth the $22,000 price tag. I have 12 F-150 FX4 now but I am unsure of making the trade to an older SUV. I would like to hear everyones thoughts on the quality of the 06 Range Rover HSE. Thanks
