coolant system leaks

hello rover owners. I have a 2000 RR II with a coolant leak coming from the water pump area. I can't tell whether it is the gasket or the shaft or one of the hoses. But I don't really know where to start. It leaks when the engine is off and on. any one know where to get a free schematic of the coolant system. thanks

Sounds like a bad water pump... I would change it.
