Disco 2 - how to disconnect fuel rail?

I have a 2001 Disco 2 . Digging through to change out head gaskets. Looking at the connector from the file line to fuel rail and I don't want to break it. Can someone describe how this connector can be detached without damage?

It is a quick, push pull disconnect, and yes, don't brake it.
