Eletric Problem in 2002 Disco

Ok I just bought a 02 Disco about a week ago .Now the the truck drives beautiful no problems at all . But it seems to b a problem with the eletric . Like the radio and ac keeps turn on and off . And then I have to stop the car and then turn it off and on . And then turn it on . Now I am not understanding y it does that . Does anyone have any answers ?

Also the heat is not getting hot when sitting it only gets hot when the car is moving. I am guessing thats the heat from the engine thoe .

Have you battery checked first... if not that you have a ground issue.

Check your coolant level as well, it seems that you may be low on fluid and when the rpm's go up it is enough to get the coolant moving through the matrix.
