I recently had my engine light turn on in my 02' Discovery. I had the fault codes read which were.
Lambda sensor upstream catalst bank 2
Mixture adaption factor FRA bank 2
Additive mixture correction TRA bank2
I got a new oxygen sensor and very recently had new plugs and wires. My check engine light is still on though. The car is also ideling a little rough. Any one know what I need to fix these problems.

Seeing as everything is on bank 2, which is the passenger side USA Model, I would start by looking either loose wires or connections or possible frayed wires on the passenger side of the engine.

Could be a dirty MAF sensor, but normally this will show up as both sides. Have you cleared the codes or checked to see if they have changed since the recent work?

No I have not had the codes re-read. They were reset, but the service engine light came back on. My mechanic metioned the same thing about the mass airflow sensor. I just dont want to fix it if its not the problem. Thanks for your info.

MAF, buy a can of MAF cleaner and do the job your self in about 10 minutes, just make sure not to touch the wire in the MAF with anything other than the cleaner.
