Faults after Wheel hub replacement.

Hey everyone,

Yesterday I replaced the front tie rods and a drivers side wheel hub assembly. Everything felt fine when I started driving and then I got a series of faults including hdc not availible, brake light on and it will only ride at low height.

Any ideas on what could have caused this?
