Favorite Radio Stations Can’t Be Cleared

I took my 2015 Disco Sport in for dealer service because my I-phone Bluetooth would not auto connect but when the car was returned, someone programmed in “favorite channels”. I cannot clear them despite a function that that indicates “clear favorites” that doesn’t work. The Service Dept. has told me that they can’t be cleared. Now I cannot channel surf from the steering wheel. Thoughts? Ideas? Fixes?

Its a Rover, if you unplug the battery (make sure doors are unlocked) it will clear everything.
