Well after deciding in 2019 that my LR3 would be the end of me I bought a Sequoia even though the L663 was in my heart. Fast forward to last weekend and I got the last 2025 on the lot and am back in the saddle. I had sold the LR3 about 15 months ago and just didn't feel right not having an LR in the driveway. Even back in 2019 Tasman Blue was the colour I wanted and luckily it came to be. Crossing my fingers, so far it's a brilliant vehicle.

Congratulations. Can't see how at Toyota would suffice outside of being body-on-frame. Which engine did you get in the Defender?

The Sequoia is basically a Tundra with a cab in place of the bed and it's a 5.7 V8 which is a proven 300k mile engine if cared for. I still have it and may sell or not. The Defender is a P300 which hopefully with frequent oil changes will be a long term investment. I had 250k on my LR3 when I sold it.
