Does anyone know of a good east coast dealer that can handle second chance financing?

Hmm, I don't know of anyone in particular. From what I understand, each dealer can have relationships with various banks--some of which offer this type of financing.

You might be better off looking on the Web for this sort of thing. Many of these kinds of banks advertise online.
