Fog light 99 land rover disco 2

Can anyone tell me how to change the passenger fog light bulb on a 99 land rover disco 2?

There is a switch which engages when reverse gear is selected, sounds as though it is faulty.

I think he is referring to front fog light, if you are they are a real pain, when under truck looking at back of fog lamp turn the round plastic cap, there are clips, undo them, now that you have blub assembly try and turn bulb and pull out, there might be some corrosion so it might take some time twisting out. I had to take my wheel well off so I could get at it better.After all that I just bring to my Rover mechanic, he charges me 35.00 plus price of blub.
