Front passenger window not going down.

Hi everybody. I have a 03' Discovery. The front passenger power window is stuck up (closed). I am assuming it is the motor that needs to be replaced. Is there anyway to verify that before replacing it? Also, if it is the motor, how hard is it to install a new one? Any help or advice is much appreciated.

Swap the driver and passenger switch to make sure it isn't the switch.
