Problem is when I let off the gas it starts to grumble/ kind of a grinding noise (I’m not using the brakes) it goes away after 15 mph or less. Once in a while it will make noise at very low speeds kind like chatter I just don’t know how to explain that. But it goes away when I accelerate. I have a little vibration when I accelerate in between 15 to 20 but I think it because I have one tire out of balance. When I’m on the highway it starts to vibrate when I’m over 75 mph but I think this is also due to a tire out of balance.

If you guys can help me out that would awesome

Thank you for your time

its time to check u-joints , man. And as soon as possible. Unless you fancy buying new transmission (will be taken out once front driveshaft will snap u-joints)

Can also be wheel bearings of course..

Sergei,
Thank you for your quick reply!!! Would U-joints also be related to a noise like a bird chirping really fast at slow speeds and accelerating then goes away, but when let off the gas the grumbling starts?

How hard are the U-joints to replace and how much am I looking at or should I have the dealership ship do the work? Is it something that any repair shop can handle?

Once again thank you for your help

Yes. They can chirp whether on gas or not, depending on the type of wear. That's a likely cause.

Any repair shop can handle that. If you take off the driveline and take it to a driveline shop they should be able to hook you up right, and cheaply.

Sounds like the double cardan joint on the front tail shaft.

I'd be taking that off and getting it rebuilt at a driveshaft specialist. When you replace the universal joints, get greasable ones so you can periodically regrease them instead of the factory ones which are not greasable. Eventually the heat from the nearby catalytic converter dries up the grease and you'll end up in the same situation again.
