I just got my 2012 LR4 back from the dealer. They were repairing a check engine light. Now, we noticed that although we do get the Land Rover logo on startup at that rear headrest screens, no video will display on either of the rear headrest after trying to play a dvd. After startup, they appear dead, even though the DVD plays and will display on the front screen when parked.

Any idea what this could be or what to do to resolve it?

Thanks
Scott

Just as a follow up, is there a way to reset the a/v computer or program? This definitely seems like a software issue.

Sounds like another visit to the dealership. I'm not sure if you can reset it but I'm sure someone might.
