I recently purchased a bloack 1998 Discovery with 152k miles on it. And I'm loving it. I really like the way it rides and drives. I wanted to thank you for all the posts and answers in the forums, it has helped alot.
My Disco is in pretty good shape. I've already found a great shop for repairs, replaced the cheap plug wires, oil changed, and heading in for front brakes this week.
Next up is replacing all of the fluids so I have a baseline to keep track of them.
I think mine is slightly raised. Since the 2 others I've parked next too were an inch or two lower, but still has stock tire size.
