Hi all!

I'm new to this website and new to landrovers. I bought my first landrover this week, a 1988 defender 90 with 200tdi engine and offroad(ish) wheels and suspension. I have to admit I don't much about defenders but am really keen to learn as much as I about them as I can and really get into the runnings of the beast and eventually get into off-roading.

If anyone has any useful hints or tips for me I'd really appreciate it.

cheers chaps, i'm really chuffed with it. got a load of tidying up to do (needs chequer plating inside, rear seats and carpet for any poor sole who needs a lift, winch still needs wiring and a few other bits and bobs), but yeah - well happy
