New to the forum, and I figured if I'm going to post, I should have an introduction...
I have a 2006 LR3 (V6) that is 100% stock except for a set of bridgestone dueler AT tires, and I recently bought a 95 RRC LWB. I had an '05 freelander for a short time, until it was in an accident and totaled by the insurance company. I still miss that little truck... it was a lot of fun.
If I post much at all in the forums, I suspect it will be related to the RRC, as the LR3 has been problem free from 0 to 80k miles where it currently sits. The Rangie by contrast I've had for two weeks out of which half has been spent at the shop.
That's what you get when you buy on emotional value rather than rational, I suppose.
I enjoy taking my trucks offroad quite a bit, but nothing really extreme; I just like to get out to the middle of nowhere. Rarely anything that couldn't be done in a 2WD vehicle. I just have an affinity for land rovers, I guess.
Thanks for having me!
