Anyone know of a company that makes a high idle switch for the LR3? I would like a switch to up the rpms to about 3000rpm from idle.

Warm the vehicle when it's cold outside, and using the winch.
a bigger alternator also perhaps
I would be looking for sites such as below that specialize in high output alternators for police type vehicles.
Given that our electrical system is Ford designed, it may be that something Ford like can be adapted to provide high idle.
It seems high idle systems, rather than just using a cable pull knob, now instead electrically communicate with the ECM that then tells the engine to rev up via the cruise control buttons. Increased engine rpm will then enable the alternator to put out more amps assuming the alternator has the cooling capacity.
