Hi all,

I was reading my owner's manual for my '03 Disco and I cannot seemt o find a maximum speed for low range???

Anybody know this answer???

It's for towing a travel trailer... My plan is to tow in high range while I'm on the "major" thoroughfares and when I reach the mountain roads, I would shift into low for better control... However, I want to be sure that I do not damage anything by going too fast....

Thanks,
Jonathan

Low range (’L’)
Use low range gears ONLY in situations where
low speed manoeuvring is necessary, such as
reversing a trailer or negotiating a boulder
strewn river bed; also use low range for more
extreme off-road conditions where progress in
high range cannot be maintained.
