Hello:
I'm new to this site.
We have two Range Rovers, a 2008 Sport and a brand new 2010 Range Rover, our second and third Land Rovers. Unfortunately, the new RR, with a roof rack installed by the dealer, hums regularly at 28-30 MPH when the crossbars are on. The dealer has tried to fix it by gluing the rubber on the crossbars to keep it from resonating, but this did not work. Although the problem can be remedied by removing the crossbars, I find it annoying that this is occurring on a new 80K vehicle.
Any thoughts on how to approach this issue with the dealer? Has anyone else experiened this issue?
Thanks.
