ignition lockout in new RR

Hello all:
I have an 07 RR SC
Anyone else have a problem with the ignition switch?
This has happened twice already. I can put the key in but it won't turn at all. Both times I waited an hour or so and then it decided to turn.

Have The Same Problm But Mine Persists........haven't Started My Rangie In A Week!!!!!! Any Ideas???

Had the same problem in my 97 disco it turned out to be the ignition switch. With mine I could pull out the key turn the key around then insert it back in and it would start did this for about 2 years then i had to replace it. Went to the dealer and had them fix it.

i have the same problem i have a 2003 range rover and the key wont turn does anyone know how to fix it or any idea why its doing this

Try moving the steering wheel back and forth (as if turning left/right) while turning the key--has worked for me when that happens.
