Indicators Lights Stay On

When I engage the alarm, whether to lock or unlock the car, the right indicator lights might stay on. To turn them off, I would have to either unlock or re-lock the alarm until they are off.

Could this be an bad alarm ecu, relay flasher or multi-function unit? I’m leaning towards the alarm ecu.

Can anyone confirm the correct diagnosis?

Without doing the proper tests, I wouldn't just throwing parts at it.
