Is this a good deal for a used 2006 LR3?

It would seem that dealers are selling off a lot of demo truck right now. I just picked up an 06 SE V8 with all base HSE options except memory seats and 19" rims plus a few non base extras (refrig console). The truck had 9800 miles. I paid around $40K and feel like I did well. The dealer (Mt. Kisco) said they had 20 loaners on hand.
