"Land Rover Owner Info" Website and A-Frame Install

so i got a pretty good deal on a used OEM A-Frame nudge bar for my LR3. hardware is there but no instructions. the LR owner website that gave links to OEM accessory installs is not up and running as of recent ( http://www.ownerinfo.landrover.com ). does anyboy know of any other option to get to the instructions? i think i can figure it out as there is an awesome youtube video (links below) by a chap in the UK on how to do the install. i just want to actually see the instructions before drilling four quarter size holes in my bumper.
