LR3 18s on a 2011 L322 HSE?

I'm trying to research and find an answer on behalf of my dad but so far I'm striking out on details. Would the OEM 10-spoke 18" wheels from an LR3 fit on a later model L322 HSE? It's the non-supercharged model and doesn't have the Brembo brakes. Presumably it would require a spacer to clear (30mm?) but I can't seem to find any information for post-facelift models unfortunately.

Has anyone tried this? My searching here has been inconclusive.
