Rather than doing the factory tray, the hidden mount either from RLD or Terrafirma seems to be the option now that Devon is NLA. That is the route I'm going shortly.

During that install, I encountered two headaches:

The first was with the "nutserts" when installing the ladder. I had never used those before and didn't want to spend another $100 on the tool.

What is the name of the tool and where did you buy it?
