Hi there,
After 11 years Roverless, I'm back in the saddle with a '73 SIII 88" just brought back to the Quad-Cities from Wisconsin. Should have it roadable in 4 or 5 weekends.

Having grown up well into Rover Country (and owned 2 SIIIs previously) on the East Coast - variously N. Conway, NH; Burlington, VT (Rover Mecca in NA); Bangor/Orono, ME; Cape Cod and the Boston Area - It's been sadly, a very rare sight to see any series Rovers this deep in the Midwest (Eastern Iowa/Western Illinois).

Any other Vintage Rovers in the Quad-City area or anywhere nearby? (Davenport/Bettendorf, IA; Rock Island/Moline, IL)

I guess it'll turn more heads here than if I were back in Burlington.

Welcome to the forum.... I could only wish to own a Series, but my wife would **** me if I had another Rover in the driveway that leaked oil and required any maintenance.
