Started tearing into the interior. I found out why there was water in door window sills. Both drains were torn.

Completed swapping the wiring harnesses & physical parts. The plugs for the locking diff module were already in my harness which was nice. This saved me from having to swap the whole interior harness that runs into the head liner.

Decided to walnut blast the valves and replace some coolant hoses as well. And spark plugs. You can see the HD vs non hd rear axle here

Just did a harsh trip with the new parts. Everything worked fine. I haven't been able to figure out the configuration to show the 4x4 screen

There's been times when Ive been looking around for parts for my '16 that I've found a yard with a HD LR4... and I've been curious what I'd need to scavange to do the conversion on mine. I'm guessing it'd probably be easier to just body swap, but I'd love to know the actual list of parts needed so I could try to collect them slowly over time.
Other than the obvious, diff module, the diffs themselves, the diff controller in the center console. I'm curious which harness bundles I'd need.
