New P38 Rhino owner in florida

hey whats up i just bought a 2000 Rhino edition range rover and i dont know anything about it lol but i love it shes in mint condition but needs a few minor things done, i could use some help getting the rear seats to fold down? also is the rear tailgate NOT meant to sit on cus i did and scratched it up! that kinda sucked anyways anybody out here in florida?

Not sure about the rear seats folding unless something need lubed.

Tailgate is not meant to be a seat sadly.
