Hello to fellow members, I'm new to the site and looking forward to the future of information about my new Range Roger. I owned a 2000 Disco II but totaled it in 05 when a 97 year old guy ran a red light in his Toyota truck and hit me on the drivers side spinning me around and hit me again on the other side. Since then I have had a couple of dirrerent makes of cars but have now returned to the Rover family with a 09 Rover Sport.
LOVE IT! I remember back on my Disco it did not come with heated seats but had the leather package and heated mirrors and later finding out that it was pre wired for heated seats and was all that i had to do was buy the switchs from the parts dept. at the dealership and it was that simple. Installed them in sbout 15 mins and was good to go. Well I now have a questions about my new Rover. It does not have the heated steering wheel but has the heated windshield, mirrors, seats. Does anybody know if it is the same situation as my Disco was. Just buy the switch and install it on to the side of the steering wheel? I'd appreciate your feed back.
