Newbe 4 low Question

Well I finally got a Rover today! I just picked up a 96 Disco (green)!!!! Im soooo happy!

Well my disco didnt come with its manual and I cant figure out for the life of me how to switch it into 4 low!!! Ive tried everything in every pos. combo! Please help!!!

It is a standard H pattern, to the rear of the vehicle to start with.

Rear and right = High no Center Diff lock
Rear and Left = High with Center Diff Lock

Forward and Right = Low no Center Diff Lock
Forward and Left = Low With Center Diff Lock

Easiest was to engage low range is to be moving very slowly, put the vehicle in neutral on the Auto shifter, then engage low range. Then put vehicle back in gear on the Auto Shifter. Do the reverse to go back into high.

If the above does not work, then it may be stuck do to lack of use... the will require some fun.
