When trying to accelerate many times, I have noticed that there is very little acceleration. Another description would be a very very long delay/pause maybe.

Is the the "throttle delay" people are chatting about?

If so, is there a fix??

I am currently test driving a 2005 se.

I drive with a very heavy foot. When I get stuck in bumper to bumper traffic for a few miles, my truck then feels like its 'starting off in 2nd.'
Once I get out of traffic, I go back to my 'drive it like its stolen' style.
Throttle response is then instant and very abrupt.
This is my experience.

You got a demo? Thats like a nice rent-a-car... have fun!

1> Did you drive in sport mode? 2> You do realize the LR3 is the heaviest SUV in it's class, right? :) 3> The transmission "learns" your driving behavior as time goes on.

I personally have no problems with it, but it's nothing like the sports cars I've driven all my life... and I'm not going to pretend. :D

You'll get over it. Trust me.

Use it to you advantage... tell your dealer about this and demand $5k off...And make sure its a loaded HSE7HD with everything.... There is not an option that 'I don't need.'
