OEM? Who makes it?

So looking at OEM parts and accessories, I am curious if anyone knows if Thule or Yakima makes and relabels the OEM crossbars, the roofboxes or the bike rack.

The bike rack is an old Thule model. I purchased the updated Thule for 4 bikes. It swings away like the LR model and looks more modern. Look at the Thule Apex swing away.

I'm fairly sure the boxes are made by Thule. The bars I had were OEM, but they weren't marked as to who made them.
