Oil for front diferential

Can any one advise me on what type of oil does the front diferential use?
I want to change the front diferential seal on My Range Rover but I think I might need to order the oil that is needed to lubricate the diferential.
Can any one tell me what kind or type of oil is it? Can I find it at the Pep Boys?

LR recommends 80w gear oil... and yes you can get this at any auto parts store... I run Syn 80 -140 in mine, but that is a little extreme.

Thanks for the tip. I ended up with 80-90. Let´s see how it performs
