yea i know bro i couldnt believe i was so ticked off, not saying that the disco isnt benifiting from all the other new parts on it, it just got really expensive...i replaced plugs, wires, coil packs, cats, o2 sensors, timing belt, pulled the heads and replaced the valves and head gaskets....only to find a stupid gasket

oh i also noticed that someone suggested sticking exhaust valves if that is the case the only thing that will fix that is a valve job, seafoam is useless...it works good on intake valves as it cleans them in its liquid state however as soon as the fuel is ignited the sea foam turns to a gas thus not penetrating carbon buildup on on the exhaust valves or seats..just fyi
