Purchasing parts from Rover City

Does anyone know if Rover City is a good place to purchase parts? I'm looking for a tow hitch for a LR3/2006. I just don't want to get taken.

Not sure about rovercity, but I had asked a similar question and gotten some good recommendations on where people bought their hitches:

The Rover City online price is about $75 less than Atlantic British where I got mine. WIsh I had searched better!
