Rosen contact info for missing part

Been emailing the Rosen entertainment site regarding some battery covers for 2 headphones for my overhead dvd player. since December i've tried to get a hold of them to no avail...does anyone have any other suggestions of where i can go or call to get these battery covers?

For them not to reply to email inquiries when that's the only means sucks.

go to "mobile video dealer locator" and ask them for the part?

done that too have missed them on a couple occassions to drop by hard to do it during the work day and they're not open on weekends
