I have a 2010 RR Sport, no major issues to date...she'll be two years old next Dec., only 10k miles.

Never had any issues with the sat radio until SirriusXM upgraded their Satellite May 4th. My sat radio froze and would not receive the signal or change channels. Spent roughly 4hrs over the course of three days with SirriusXM tech support...could not get it to work, so we figured it was the radio.

Took it to Land Rover yesterday (wed) and they are still trying to troubleshoot. They apparently have seen this before, which makes me believe they don't have an answer, or else it would be fixed.

Has anyone had this problem?

I had a similar problem with my 2008 LR3 when I bought it and had to activate the service. Service guy disconected the battery and voila! Simple enough, but you will think your service dept. tried that already.

It was fixed...they had to work-up a software patch. Three days in the shop to figure it out.
