Satellite Radio Won't Display ESN (Electronic Seiral Number)

Hi guys,


I recently purchased a 2009 HSE and love the vehicle. I'd like to activate Sirius/XM, but the unit won't display the electronic seiral number....all I see are empty boxes where the number should display. I'm almost certain is is satellite capable because I get the "preview" channel.

Do you guys have any ideas? Maybe just something wrong with the radio.....
