Seat adjustment knob cover

my old cover on my 97' Disco is broken and I have a new cover. I have been able to remove the small tilt knob but not the large back and fourth adjustment knob. How does it come off? Thanks (this was mounted to the console)

both knobs will just pry off, use a small flat head and you should be all set -Andy
