Second Row Center Headrest

I recently traded my '05 LR3 for an '08 (47k miles, didn't want to deal with no warranty). I always ran with the center seat folded down to keep the headrest out of my mirror. On the 08 the headrest seems a fraction farther forward and blocks access to the second row floor. I've pulled, pushed, and tugged on it and I can't figure out how to take the headrest off. I just went through a few months posts and found a couple that mentioned that they remove the center headrest, but don't say how.

Can anyone enlighten me on how to remove the center headrest on the second row?

If you look at the base of the post that doesn't have the height adjust button, there is a flush "hidden" button. Press that along with the height adjustment button and pull the headrest out.
